Show your camping and teamwork skills at the camporee held at Chesebrough. |
| May 09 | Skills Outing | This is an orientation outing for new scouts and they will be able to complete several requirements. We will also hold Troop Leadership Training for First Class and above scouts aat the outing. We will also assist older scouts working on their Trail to First Class. |

| Dec 09 | Sacramento Rail & Hiking trip | Take Amtrak to Sacramento and hike the Historic Trail. We'll visit Sutter Fort, the State Capitol and the Railroad musuem. |
| Jan. 16-17th, 2010 | Backpacking Sunol Wilderness | Backpacking in nearby Sunol. A special permit is required to hike this special area. |
| Feb 13-16th, 2010 | Mt. Diablo hiking | Mt. Diablo hiking and bouldering. |
| Mar 20-21st, 2010 | Backpacking Big Basin to the Sea | There will probably be two versions of this backpack trip. The regular backpack starts at Big Basin HQ and hikes to Sunset camp and then hike out on Sunday morning to Waddell Beach. For Philmont and High Adventurers, the trip will start on Friday night at Saratoga Gap (Highway 9 & Highway 35) and camp to Waterman's Gap and the on Saturday, hike to Sunset to meet up with the torop. |
| Apr 16-18th, 2010 | Northern California Jamboree | Special 100th Anniversary celebration at the Alameda Fairgrounds. Over 11 councils and more than 10,000 scouts will participate at this jamboree-like event. |
| May 14-16th, 2010 | Skills Outing @ Memorial Park in San Mateo | The skills outing consists of several parts- it's a new scout orientation outing, it's an outing for scouts trying to finish their Trail to First Class, and it's an outing for older scouts for leadership training. |

| Jun 26th-Jul 8th, 2010 | Philmont Trek Expedition | A 12-day trek in the southern Rockies at the BSA High Adventure camp. |
| July 2010 | Hi -Sierra Summer Camp | Our traditional summer camp at Hi-Sierra in the sierras. Hike, swim, shoot, boat and work on requirements and merit badges. |
| Aug 8-15, 2010 | Bristlecone NYLT | This is leadership training for older scouts. You must be at least First Class and be at least 13 years old and have a recommendation from the Scoutmaster. Bristlecone is also open to venturing youth, both male and female crew members. |
