    Angel Island Adventure (All day guided paddle around Angel Island)
    A thrilling, full day sea kayaking adventure. Given favorable conditions we paddle around the entire Island, stopping to explore as desired and for lunch on a secluded beach. 
    Schedule: Weekends & Holidays May - October.
    Cost $130 per person, includes picnic lunch, instruction, tour and all equipment.
    Angel Island Adventure (2.5 hour trips)
    Time: 10:30am - 1pm & 1:30pm - 4pm
    Schedule: Every Sunday May - October
    Cost $75 per person, includes instruction, tour and all kayaking equipment.

    Alcatraz - in exchange for a service project (future) - behind the scenes tour and sleep in a jail cell
    Angel Island - 9 campsites that can be reserved six months in advance
    Big Basin State Park Camp near headquarters and mountain bike to the ocean or backpack along the trail to the sea.
    China Beach SP- up near Novato, also good for biking
    Death Valley
    Joseph Grant Ranch  - group campsite, park is huge, has isolated feel
    Half Moon Bay State Beach. Group site is hard to book, but is great!
    Manresa State Beach near Watsonville
    Mt. Diablo SP, Rim of the Bay Hike can also boulder at Rock City 
    Mt. Madonna County Park. Near yet secluded
    New Brighton State Beach
    Pinnacles National Monument  - can also hike the Rim of the Bay and climb and cave (walk-through)

    Mission Peak (near Fremont), depart from Ohlone CC and hike up for the best views in the South Bay

  • Camp Hi-Sierra, Long Acres - our council's camp in the Sierras
  • Camp Chawanakee -  in the Sierras east of Fresno, with large lake (Shaver Lake)
  • Camp Emerald Bay on Santa Catalina Island. Very popular and need to attend another
  • summer camp run by Western Los Angeles Council to improve chances of gettingreservation for Emerald Bay
  • Camp Marin Sierra, near Lake Tahoe.
  • Camp Noyo -  Redwood Empire Council, cook on wood fire, candles at night, take the Skunk Railroad to get there.
  • Camp Olijato, in the Sierras, east of Fresno
  • Camp Pico Blanco, Monterey Bay Council camp located near Big Sur.
  • Camp Royaneh - near Guerneville - Traditional summer camp, nice but has no water activities except pool-related
  • Camp Whitsett
  • Camp Wolfeboro - Mt. Diablo Silverado Council Located on the North fork of the Stanislaus River at 5,500
  • Wente Scout Reserve - San Francisco Bay Area Council. Near Willits. Features include 2,200 acre site with an 80 acre lake. Offers over 40 merit badges including horsemanship and small boat sailing
